Founder·Software engineering, The styling market
I'm building MVRCK, personal styling for men.
It started with a pattern I kept seeing, in myself and in everyone I asked. A screenshot you love and nowhere to buy it. A closet of good pieces that never combine into anything. Ten tabs across four sites and still no decision by Thursday. Taste was never the missing part. Nobody had ever shown these guys how it actually works, and every option on the market answered a different question. Forums answer over your head. Inspiration shows you the destination and never the route. Box services ignore what you told them.
So MVRCK is the thing I wanted to exist. A stylist that already knows your wardrobe, a catalog worth buying from, and a way to see the look on yourself before you spend anything. One sentence in, the whole outfit out.
I write here about the market it sits in. What personal styling costs, what each option actually delivers, where the money goes. I'm not a neutral party and I'm not going to write like one. I've spent long enough inside this problem to have a view, and MVRCK is that view built into a product. The articles are me showing the work behind it.
I was a software engineer before this, and I still am. I build the whole thing myself.
