Who we are

MVRCK (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a personal AI styling service operated by Alexander Törnvall as a sole trader, based in Stockholm, Sweden. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question, email team@mvrck.studio.

What we collect

• Account data - when you sign in, our authentication provider gives us your name and email address so we can create and secure your account.
• Style data - the preferences, wardrobe items, favourites and conversations you create in the app. This is what lets MVRCK remember your taste and style you well.
• Billing data - if you subscribe, our payment processor handles your card details. We never see or store full card numbers; we receive only your subscription status.
• Usage & device data - if you accept analytics cookies, anonymised product-usage and device information that helps us understand how MVRCK is used and improve it. This is off until you accept - see our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

• To provide the service - styling you, remembering your preferences, and showing your items.
• To operate your account, process your subscription, and provide support.
• To improve MVRCK, where you've consented to analytics.
• To send service messages you'd expect as a user, and - only with your consent - marketing.

Legal bases

We rely on contract to provide the service you sign up for, consent for analytics and marketing, and our legitimate interests in keeping MVRCK secure and improving it. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that happened before.

Sharing & transfers

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors that run MVRCK - our hosting, authentication, payment and (with your consent) analytics providers - under agreements that bind them to protect it. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. When you choose to buy an item, you leave MVRCK for the retailer's own site, which has its own privacy policy.

Some links to retailers are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission. This involves a cookie set by the retailer or their affiliate network when you click through. See our Affiliate Disclosure for the full picture.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as you have an account, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. Delete your account and we'll remove your personal data, except where we're required to retain some of it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to certain processing. Email team@mvrck.studio and we'll handle it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority - in Sweden, the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Children

MVRCK is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 to use it, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

Changes

We'll update this policy as MVRCK evolves and revise the date above when we do. Material changes will be made clear in the app.
